Our 2023 Theme
2023: Sharing the Hope That Is In Us (1 Peter 3:14-15)
Key Verses
“But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,” 1 Peter 3:14-15
Purpose of the Theme
To help us as a congregation and as individuals to be more aware of what we believe and how to teach others. Primary focus will be on the hope that we have in Christ. Additional emphasis will be placed on effectively teaching others through the right spirit (gentleness and respect), accordingly the theme will focus internally (understanding our hope) and externally (explaining our faith to anyone who asks).
Monthly Lessons
These lessons are designed to explain our hope and to further confirm what we believe and why.
